1. Please remain in your vehicle and give us a call at (785) 272-2926 to begin the check-in process.

2. Our experienced staff will obtain a history as well as the reason for your visit.

3. Once your pet is checked in, a staff member will meet you at your vehicle to bring your pet inside. A thorough, nose-to-tail physical examination will be performed before making recommendations for any diagnostics or treatment.

4. An estimate of costs will be discussed with you at this time.

5. Full payment is required prior to proceeding with any diagnostics or treatments.
