When you Arrive:

1. Please come to the door and ring the bell to be buzzed in. If your pet is experiencing vomiting, diarrhea, coughing, or sneezing you will be asked to remain in your vehicle for the safety of other patients.

2. Once inside, our experienced staff will obtain information regarding your pet such as the reason for your visit, vaccination status, current medications, as well as other pertinent history.

3. Once your pet is checked in, a staff member will meet you in the lobby to bring your pet to the treatment area. A thorough, nose-to-tail physical examination will be performed before making recommendations for any diagnostics or treatment.

4. An estimate of costs will be discussed with you at this time.

5. Full payment is required prior to proceeding with any diagnostics or treatments.
